IVECO ALPHANUMERIC CODE CALCULATOR v0.1 - Decrypter/encrypter of IVECO configuration files. It is used in conjunction with the Iveco Easy diagnostic program and the Iveco Easy diagnostic interface, with which the original ALPHA CODE* is read and the modified one is loaded, allowing the current vehicle configuration to be changed.

Functions:
• Put Current Configuration (alphanumeric) code and decode it;
• Modify speed limit, immobiliser and other parameters data.;
• Encode modifications to New Configuration and make changes with EASY software;
• Supported EDC MS 6.2, EDC7, EDC16;
• Support Windows XP/W7.

ALPHA CODE is a code in which the configuration of the car is encrypted. It has a label stuck either on the EDC unit or in the on-board computer area. It is also possible to read this code using the Iveco Easy diagnostic program and the Iveco Easy diagnostic interface.

EDC MS 6.2 control unit:

Speed Limiter — Changing the speed limit

Immobiliser - Immobilizer (on/off)

Turbine Sensor — Turbine wheel speed sensor (change of sensor type)

Turbine - Type and manufacturer of installed turbocharger (HY/HX - Holset, KKK(3K) - Borg Warner, Westinghouse)

Brake system — Brake system (ABS or EBS)

Transmission — Type of gearbox (Mechanical, Eurotronic, Astronic, Allison)

Retarder — Vehicle deceleration system without using the main braking system (Disable/ZF)

Effectivity — Turning on/off Economy mode and OVERDRIVE mode)

EDC 7 control unit:

Speed Limiter — Changing the speed limit

Cruise control — Cruise control system (on/off)

Brake system — Brake system (ABS or EBS)

EDC 16 control unit:

Speed Limiter — Changing the speed limit

Cruise control — Cruise control system (on/off)

Injector class — Changing the type of injector depending on the installed engine (F1CE0481ADiesel 4-cylinder diesel, with turbocharging (variable turbine geometry) and intercooler, liquid cooling or 8140.43N — four-cylinder in-line engine with water cooling. Engine power is 146 hp (107 kW) for an engine volume of 2798 cubic cm (2.8 liters)
